Step 1: Make two layers
with the box Pearl
ribbon around the base of the pedestal. Glue
in place. Glue the pearl rim around the top
layer.
Step 2: Glue the bride and
groom, double
Rhinestone Cake Pin
and corsage to
the top of the pedestal.
Step 3: Make 3 poufs by
cutting Tulle into pieces about 14" long.
Fold individual Tulle lengths in half (short
sides together), then half again. Repeat
until it's about 1 inch wide. Cut ends at
an angle, which will make jagged edges when
open. Open and lay out with the short side
facing you. Start gathering in the middle
of the short side working towards the
opposite side. Secure center with floral
wire.
Step 4: Glue poufs, Satin
Leaves, and Ribbon Roses in place.

Satin Ribbons
1 Package Sheer/Satin Azalea or Flower Spray
1 Package Satin Leaves
2 Packages Pearl/Lily Flower Stems
1 Package Mini Flowers
1 Package 32 Gauge Cloth Covered Floral Wire

Step:1 Glue the box pleat
Ribbons
around the top outside edge of the
base. Glue another piece inside and
overlapping the first.
Step:2 Make 16 poufs by
cutting tulle into pieces about 14" long.
Fold individual tulle lengths in half (short
sides together), then half again. Repeat
until it's about 1 inch wide. Cute ends at
an angle, which will make jagged edges when
open. Open and lay out with a short side
facing you. Start gathering in the middle
of the short side working towards the
opposite side. Secure center with floral
wire.
Step 3: Wire poufs to
outside of base making two layers of 8 each.
Step 4: Frame lace look
Heart with box pleat
Ribbons;
attach with glue gun.
Step 5: Divide the Lily of
the Valley Stems in two and glue to the
inside of the Bells. Attach bells to the
heart with wire.
Step 6: Make a bow with the
Satin Ribbons.
Glue to the top of the bells.
Step 7: Cut Azaleas apart
and glue in place. Glue Satin Leaves, Pearl,
Lily flower sprays and Mini flowers in
place.
